Recently a client has switched secure email platforms and begun sending us large volumes of Cisco RES messages. The service is totally inadequate due to the inability to browse through emails that have previously been sent or received. Due to the nature of the communications, they must be constantly referred back to, and Cisco RES makes that almost impossible.
There is an email plugin for Microsoft Outlook that apparently streamlines this process, but it cannot be downloaded without a purchase and there is no indication of what product or service must be obtained.
