VOIP breakdown

Usually once a day we have a breakdown of VOIP. Only a reset of router and firewall can set up it again.

Any helpand idea  is appreciated

You will need to be a bit more specific.

What does a breakdown of VoIP mean exactly?  What stops working? What kind of phones, PBX, router and firewall are you using?
