VPN picking up same IP L2TP Server

I have a VPN L2TP Server and more than 10 users have been created when I connect more than one user to the VPN they get the same IP and drop the connection another would I have to fix this VPN inside cisco RV340 ? or make some configuration on the machine ?

you mean to say if other user connected, exiting user disconnect ?

check the video setup and verification : dhcp

make sure you upgrade to latest firmware if any bugs fixed ?
