Problem with Client Disconnect

I Have problem with Client Disconnect, we use WLC 4400 and LAP 1250 configured with HREP mode. Some clients are disconnect, how can I do Trobleshooting about that ?

when you are facing this issue is ur HREAP AP is connected mode ?

What are the authentication type used for the client ?

1. Issue the command "debug client " on the controller to further debug

2.Sniff the air with the client MAC address on the channel where client is connected using omnipeek.

The client debug is a good place to start and here is a document explaining that process.

You many want to do dot11 debugs as well. But sniff the air first and see what activity you see... Also check your clients for a possible misconfig.
