I Have problem with Client Disconnect, we use WLC 4400 and LAP 1250 configured with HREP mode. Some clients are disconnect, how can I do Trobleshooting about that ?

when you are facing this issue is ur HREAP AP is connected mode ?
What are the authentication type used for the client ?
1. Issue the command "debug client
2.Sniff the air with the client MAC address on the channel where client is connected using omnipeek.

You many want to do dot11 debugs as well. But sniff the air first and see what activity you see... Also check your clients for a possible misconfig.
