I want to know about the usb port of Cisco AIR AP 1832l. Is it only a console port or it has any other purpose.

Console and USB port are different on 1832 AP.

as per my info: The is no software support for the USB port at this time. It is just disabled.

USB on the 1800/2800/3800 is activated in 8.8.X.X. The BLE dongle will be enabled in 8.9.X.X.
