Can i claim a warranty for faulty wireless IP Phone Batteries instead of Wireless IP Phones through Cisco RMA. Also i have the valid Smartcare contract with Cisco.

what's wrong with the batteries that makes you believe they are faulty? I've never tried to RMA a battery, I think those are not covered, they are pretty cheap.

The 792x batteries are covered under the standard 90 day warranty.
The 792x battery allows for 300-500 full cycle charges before it will lose 30% of the capacity.
After that, the capacity could be reduced to 70-80%.
