ASA 5516-X serial not working and the status blinking orange

Hi,

I have a asa 5516-x, the status light is flashing orange. A connection via the serial interface is not working.

how can i fix the problem?

Hi @Jan Mielke , I would contact TAC to review the hardware issue and create a RMA if applicable.

check the below LED status, Looks for me Kit is dead, contact TAC for RMA.

LED	Description
Power	Power supply status: Unlit—Power supply off. Green—Power supply on. See Power Supply Modules for additional power information.
Status	System operating status: Green—Normal system function. Amber—Critical alarm indicating one or more of the following: Major failure of a hardware or software component. Over-temperature condition. Power voltage outside the tolerance range.
