We have cisco physical access manager and gateway running version 1.1.0 software. The gateway has been register with the pam server and a 10 Wire Wiegand template attached. We have also created a location and added a door to that location. The dooor was also added to a access policy permiting access to the door. User was created and assigned to a badge. The access policy created was also assigned to the badge.
The badge is a microprox tag and the card reader is a HID MiniProx. When I swipe the tag the pam server displays the following error message:
Door Deny Access Badge Facility Code Mismatch
I did enter the facility code as displayes on the tag.
I have a couple of questions:
Should I wire the following devices as normally open or normally close:
Door sensor
REX
Card reader
Door Lock
