Cannot upgrade cameras from GUI - VSOM 6.3.1

Since upgrading to VSOM 6.3.1, I cannot get any cameras to display in the Camera Firmware Upgrade gui on VSMC.  Any ideas on what was missed?  Everything else seems to be working fine.

Hi,

First I would check the camera firmware for your cameras.  If SD caemra firmware is not at least 2.1.2, the upgrade tool will not be able to see and upgrade those cameras.

Did this work before you upgraded to 6.3.1?  If so, what VSM version were you on before?  What cameras and what firmware is installed?

Is this a flat topology, not crossing VLANs or using firewalls?

Cameras had 2.1.5 but have now been upgraded 2.1.7  I think the previous version of VSOM was 6.3.0 and the camera upgrade utility had worked previously.

All the cameras are still streaming video to the server without issue.
