We have 2 desktop PC's running the SASD software and one of them the SASD software restarts itself about every 10 minutes, while the other PC has no issues running this software. The PC's are identical with the same version drivers and etc. Has anyone experienced this issue before or know of a setting that could cause this to happen?
I just did the install 3 weeks ago and used the latest version on both. The PC is running Windows 7 and meets the Cisco workstation profile specs. We had no issues until this week and SASD just starting restarting over and over, I have them checking the PC to make sure Windows update didn't run or Java didn't run an update. Is there any setting that could cause SASD to reboot automatically if it looses a camera feed or some other criteria?
