Are you running in the security context of a local administrator on the PC?

Hi Scott,
Yes, UAC is disabled. All of programs runs on Administrator context.
No Antivirus. Microsoft Defender only, i tried to disable it, but problem is not resolved.

If you look under Control Panel - Programs and Features, do you have 'Cisco Multi-Pane Video Surveillance Client 64bit' installed, or is it 'Cisco Multi-Pane Video Surveillance Client 32bit'.  Or, are both installed?

We have only "Cisco Multi-Pane Video Surveillance Client 32bit".

Where i can download and install 64 bit program?

This is likely your issue.  The SASD client utilizes the 64bit client and is usually installed when you install the SASD client.  This same 'Cisco Multi-Pane Video Surveillance Client 64bit' is utilized for both the SASD 'thick' client, and the 64bit Internet Explorer web client.

The easiest way is to get this particular client is just to re-install the full SASD thick client.

It sounds as though someone removed 'Cisco Multi-Pane Video Surveillance Client 64bit' assuming that it wasn't actually needed, when it is.

Cheers!

Thanks for help, but reinstalling sasd was not worked.
We copied 64bit clients from other PC and installed it on problem PC, and it's works. I doesn't know, why some PCs installs all of needed components properly and why other PCs doesn't was installed properly it.
Reinstall Windows works too)) but it's not solution.
