Hi,

I recently replace a faulty hard disk in a CIVS-MSP-4RU server and the new hard disk still is rebuilding.

The hard disk capacity is 750 GB.

As root, you can try these:

/opt/MegaRAID/MegaCli/MegaCli -pdrbld -progdsply -physdrv\[E:S\] -aAll

or

/opt/MegaRAID/MegaCli/MegaCli -pdrbld -showprog -physdrv\[E:S\] -aAll

In above commands replace "E" and "S" by the Enclosure Device ID and Slot Number of the physical drive.

You can get this information for each drive via following command:

/opt/MegaRAID/MegaCli/MegaCli -pdlist -aall

why would you check the raid configuration from the command prompt?

if you are able to reach the server, you can check the raid status from https:///vsmc -> raid status

Actullay ,I would like to check how much percentage of data has been replicated to the new hard disk inserted.

what should we do for this.
