How are you figuring the HA cluster has become out of sync? Any issues you're seeing with the setup?
In any case, I believe troubleshooting HA config is not that straightfoward and I'd highly recommend opening a TAC case (if this is production environment) or the PDI helpdesk case (if demo/testbed setup), to get proper troubleshooting support for your issue.
