Hi all, has anyone had the following issue.

When running the CPAM 1.3.1 client, if I select Preferences then the client quits. There is no error message just a clean exit from the client to the desktop. Any ideas?

Hi Adam,

this could be  java related issue. i would recommend to uninstall java installed on client machine, restart and then download/install the java from CPAM server web GUI.

let me know if this works.

Thanks
