in fact we use Cisco encoders with VICON PTZ camera , but the encoders doesn't support the vicon camera model (SVFT-W22CA-C)?

An analogue encoder should be able to encode the video from practically any NTSC/PAL video source.

Are you referring to the PTZ telemetry protocol?
