Hi,
Anyone ever seen the error "maximum number of concurrent users" and if so, how to resolve?
We did have a video wall which was having some trouble with network connection causing reconnects. I suspect that may have caused this. But, how to resolve?
Regards,
Jason

what is the VSM version?
SSH to VSOM server and perform "sudo service cisco restart"
The "max users" error is typically straight forward error message. However, those SASD sessions will time themselves out over time. Sometimes, the system admin will set the timeout value REALLY HIGH, and this increases the amount of time each session lingers around. The higher the timeout, the quicker (and more likely) they will hit the 500 limit.
First thing I would check is the user session timeout. VSOM>> System Settings >> Settings >> User Timeout.
Set that timeout value to a low value, like <30. You can set it to 5 at the lowest, which would be OK also. This will NOT time sessions out if video is being streamed. It will only time sessions out if they are a) Sitting on a VSOM admin page, or b) a stale sessions from a closed SASD.
If that value looks high, then that's most likely the cause.
