Fluke/Netscout testers and Port-Security

I know this has been asked previously, but I've not yet seen any answers...

When implementing mac based port security via sticky macs or static macs on an interface how can we allow our Fluke and Netscout devices to test ports on our network?  We can't add the same mac to more than one interface and setting up aging would be counter productive imo.

We have many techs that rely heavily on these tools to tell the network team details when troubleshooting.

Does anyone have a solution besides the techs calling the network team to temporarily disable port security on the switch so the can test a port?

Unfortunately there is no simple solution. Port security is pretty basic.

You could create restricted accounts for the technicians and teach them to add their devices to the mac security or move to 802.1x where this would not be a problem.
