Login and run this command for the LSI RAID Card:
/opt/MegaRAID/MegaCli/MegaCli -adpsetprop AlarmSilence -aALL
If any one knows, please post any of the other ways a RAID fault may be peacefully silenced. =)

Download and install the Cisco VSM RAID Viewer - 1.1.0
I added some enhancements, including alarm silencing, and fixed a bug.

It will work with an MSP or CPS as long as it has an LSI MegaRAID controller in it. It will not work with the old servers that had the 3ware RAID.
