IP SURVEILLANCE

hi,

I have a problem with my cisco ip cameras , I have a deployment consisting of 4 VSMs, the problem is that cameras that connect to two of the VSMs (media servers) are not displaying although they are reachable on the network. when I view the media servers on the video surveillance operations manager , all of them has errors but the two are showing unreachable although I can ping them please assist. I have attached screenshots

What version of vms are you running?

Can you CLI to your vms and issue the following command:

vscheck

service cisco status

 

Copy and paste the output for each server here.

On the same page, go to status history and select Affecting current status. share the snap shot of the same.
