After recently upgrading our two VSOM Media Servers to 7.6 we are seeing every third day this core dump error in the status history. Anyone else seeing similar?

core dumps needs to be analyzed. please open a TAC case.
ssh to the server and execute this command "ll -l /usr/BWhttpd/cores" --> do we see any core files here?

Looks like a non-critical bug that will be corrected in VSM 7.7

I just returned from Holidays and I have noted this as well. Otherwise a clean and smooth upgrade.
Raghav,
Any updates on whether this is a bug, or I should I also submit a case?

AFAIK there is no existing bug for the process of msapi yet but i know this msapi core was generated in the VSM 7.5.x as well.
it can be confirmed once analyzed why msapi process cored? it would be better idea to open TAC case along with support_report include core.
P.S: Do not delete the core file from system until TAC engineer take the dumps of the core .

Will do. However, QA for Cisco is low priority for myself at the moment.

I too have since opened a TAC SR (633219817) covering this as well. I have provided a full Support Report and Core Dump.
