7.2.1 upgrade to 7.2.2 or 7.5

I am running 7.2.1 on VSOM and 10 media servers.  Just bought 3 new media servers and they came with 7.2.2.  Questions...Do I upgrade to 7.2.2 or go on to 7.5?  Is there documendation on how to upgrade?  I'm guessing VSOM would be upgraded first then...
