Physical Access Manager 1.4.1 (CPAM)

Cisco announced this product on September 6th, over 2 months ago and stated it is "now available" but its nowhere to be seen for download on CCO. Does anybody know when this will actually be available for customers? I am eager to see if some of the bugs in 1.3.2 were addressed and if the user experience is any better.

The biggest change I have seen is the service URL triggers for integration with an IP phone system. The integration with VSM7 is better than with 6.3.2 as you can now see timestamps and view playback much easier through the CPAM client.
