Problem with IP camera 2935 & 5011

Hi ,

I am facing a problem in IP camera 2935 & 5011 .

I am using VSM 6.3.2

some cameras have a strange behaviour .( stream isn't smooth , the video goes darker , PTZ isn't working , disconnect then connect )

any advise ?

Are the cameras setting at factory default? Can you also send the screen shots of the same.
