Restore Factory Default Settings on a 6020 camera

Hi,

Anybody knows if the "Restore Factory Default Settings" button erases the IP configuration of the camera? I know it's mentioned on the web page of the camera. But the TAC told us to do it, while troubleshooting a firmware issue, on a remote camera.

I'm fairly certain that this will absolutely reset the camera back to a factory fresh state... including any static addressing information:

Restore button

Click the Restore button to reset all IP camera settings to their factory
default values.
To confirm the restore procedure, click OK in the confirmation pop-up
window. Otherwise, click Cancel.

This action has the same effect as pressing and holding the Reset button on
the IP camera for at least 15 seconds. After you perform this procedure,
follow the steps in the Chapter 2, “Performing the Initial Setup of the IP
Camera.”
