Hi,
I would like to get a rtsp media stream from Cisco IPC-2935 camera.
IP addess is configured to 192.168.0.20. Two mpeg4 streams are configured.
Now I have a problem getting the video stream at vlc player.
I don't know the rtsp address to get the stream.
I tried rtsp://192.168.0.20/img/media.sav without any success.
I can't find anything in the web with rtsp stream for this camera type.
Could you please help me to get the video stream via rtsp on a vlc player?
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks and best regards,
Christian Rabe

Hi,
I think I found it.
I tried now rtsp://192.168.0.20/img/stream1 and I have a video on vlc player.
Where can I find this information about rtsp path for this camera model in the web or on Cisco homepage?
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks and best regards,

Chances are you won't find anything published regarding direct RTSP request paths for any particular camera model. That's not to say you can't find this information in forums such as these or through your own investigations.
Another resource you might wish to check out is:
https://developer.cisco.com/site/physical-security/documentation/index.gsp
I hope this is helpful in some way. Thanks for sharing what you yourself discovered regarding RTSP on the 2935.
Cheers!
