Storage Calculators

Are there any tables or calculators to help me determine how much storage is required to store x number of feeds at y-resolution, for z-days?

Additionally, I need a way to calculate how much storage is required during a backup if I only backup x-fps from an archive.

There is a great calculator tool in excel format available to Video Surveillance ATP partners at ciscoet.com.  If already an ATP partner.  I recommend reading the SRND from top to bottom but the calculations are in chapter 7.  Public linke below and is attached as pdf.
