Hello,
In the cisco website I found that the major solution components for video surveillance are:
Cisco Video Surveillance Media Server Software
Cisco Video Surveillance Operations Manager Software
Cisco Video Surveillance Virtual Matrix
Cisco Video Surveillance IP Gateways
For a system of 30 analog cameras and 30 new cameras ip (cisco), I am quoting the following
Cisco Video Surveillance Media Server Software ( CIVS-MSP-2RU)
Cisco Video Surveillance Operations Manager Software (CIVS-OM-SW4.0= )
Cisco Video Surveillance Virtual Matrix ( CIVS-VM-SW6.2)
Cisco Video Surveillance IP Gateways
let me know your advice!
Thanks a lot,

This is a good start. You still need to add a few things.
1. Storage for the MSP-2RU (4 drives minimum)
2. VSOM Server
The camera and encoder bitrates will determine how much storage you need. If you are not a Cisco ATP partner then you need to contact your Cisco rep.
Good luck!

Hi Mcwalter,
Can the "CIVS-MSP-4RU" host the application Operation Manager and the Virtual Matrix?
or
or should it be in other servers each one?
