Hi Hassan,
procedure to check raid status is login in to https://<vsm_ip_address>/vsmc --> Monitor --> Hardware Status --> Select RAID from drop down. attached snap shot for your reference.
i'm unclear about the issue you are experiencing with RAID or VSM? could you please give us more info?

Hassan,
What actual server chassis is this installation on? CPS-UCS-??? or similar...

model is CIVS-MSP4RU

What process did you use to factory reset the chassis? According to the Release Notes for 7.0.1, that chassis should certainly be supported.
Was anything custom or non-standard done with the RAID array prior to a fresh install?

Okay... but you'll need to be more specific than that. As far as I'm aware... there are no recovery ISO images for VSM 7.X, only a recovery
Did you restore the MSP-4RU back at 6.3.1, and then do an 'upgrade/migration' or some other form of
"Video Surveillance Manager 6.3.1 Recovery DVD ISO image. For use with CIVS-MSP-1RU, CIVS-MSP-2RU, CIVS-MSP-4RU, CPS-MSP-1RU-K9 and CPS-MSP-2RU-K9 servers which shipped with Video Surveillance Manager 6.3.1.
vsm631-21-recovery-17.iso"

yes this is true , i used recovery flashdrive package vsm 7.X
we tried with option upgrade/migration from 6.3.1 to 7.x but its fail !!!!
