VSOM 7.2 problem

Hi everyone.

We have VSOM 7.2 installed. When we try to add camera following error occures:

Operation failed: Media server reported the error Failed to create MediaServer capture driver for archName faa101a1-318c-4432-8ea2-16447f3803f3_vs1_r periphId 10027

Does anyone faced with this kind of error?

What is wrong what we should do?

Before attempting to add cameras, are all other VSM components healthy?  VSOM, VSMS instance, etc?

Yes, all of them healthy. We added some other cameras to same server,but could not add few cameras.
