I replaced a defective 2621v only to have it not come up in VSOM again. Looks like there are some newer firmware cameras in my recent order.
When logging directly into the camera I do have a DAY?NIGHT symbol on the main viewing screen.
I also get the failed device info message as below:
: "Operation failed: Failed to fetch device info after authentication update succeeded"

But also run into:
Cannot Verify Device
The following error occured while verifying the device. undefined
Both cameras are running Firmware Version: V4.0.1
Cameras that are working are running firmware: V4.2.1-1, V4.2.0-14
Anyone else run into this? And did you deal with getting the firmware? It seems that I need to purchase a service contract for the cameras?
