VSOM Questions (Timestamp and Video Tools)

I'm having problems getting the timestamps to show up on the ops screen, shown below I can only get

a grey box with nothing.  Also below that on the playback, you notice a red box with an X on the left, I'm not

sure what that is supposed to do or how to get rid of it, I assume it's for playback.

I have running archives for all of the shown cameras, and even when i switch to the archive to view it, that red box

is still there.

Any suggestions?  Thanks!

This was an Internet Explorer issue, not VSOM or any of the VSOM setup.

please go to VSMC. and see the all setup are ok?

i think the problem with tombcat ? you need to re-install the VOSM again.
