365 Global Admin users

Hi,

I have setup DUO to protect 365, which is all working as it should be.

Our 365 Global Admin bypasses DUO completely and doesn’t have to login using the DUO logon box.

Is it possible to set this up for another user without using the bypass feature of DUO for another global admin for example?

Why are you bypassing your Global Admin? Is it a break glass account with a 200+ character password? Or are you only bypassing from your local network?

You can use groups to apply different policies to different groups in the same App you are protecting. Knowledge Base | Duo Security

It was not necessary, I just needed to have the user setup to bypass in DUO.
