Has this happened to anyone? I had setup the radkit service to auto start and that didn't work either. After the linux host crashed/rebooted the radkit inventory was gone and it looks like it bootstrapped with a new serial number. How do I determine what happened. Is there a way to backup my inventory / configuration in case this happens again.
Thanks

Dear @Ken Beck ,
Thanks for reaching out!
I recommend connecting 1-1 as well to take a look at your setup in a webex session and try restore the old DB and service id and know the root cause of this from logs if not a lot of damage is done.
1- What is the RADKit service version?
2- You can backup/restore your inventory by taking a **ll backup of your .radkit directory in your home.
Hint: do remember the superadmin **bleep**rd at the time of the backup, there is no way to restore without it.
I will reach out to you.
Best Regards,
Rana

The RADKit version 1.6.6
Let's setup a quick webex to take a look.
Can you create a TAC or open up a webex space to collaborate.
Thanks!
