I'm looking to combine two CSQ reports together for UCCX. The Contact Service Queue Activity Report by Interval and the Contact Service Queue Activity Report. I also need to add the maximum number of calls in Queue for the given interval. I'll also need another interval added of 24 hours or 1440 minutes. Right now there is only report range, 30, and 60 minute choices. I have CUIC premium and have imported these two reports but need some help. Has anyone done this before?
