We have Cisco TMS 13.2 Installed. Also we have a webex site. We would like to integrate TMS with Webex. I followed the release notes and configured the conference parameters related to webex like partner id, site id and site url. Once i entered. the details i receiving the following error.
Unable to get conference meeting types from WebEx server. Please ensure connection information and credentials are correct. The WebEx service reports the error as: Sequence contains no elements. |
Please let me know if i need to configure any other information.
