I upgraded my C20 from 5.1.8 to 6.2.1 and it would no longer register with VCS with message 401 unauthorised. I noticed the SIP Profile 1 Authentication LoginName and Password were empty. When I attempt to add the username and password information back into these fields they initially save, but when refreshing or returning to the config page later they are blank again. If I downgrade to 5.1.8 and re-enter the credentials everything works.
Any ideas?
