I know many people are giving the feedback to remove call control, but keep in mind there are many different telepresence user types and scenarios. I suggest making call control an optional settings to enable or disable. You could potentially have a button on the app to "escalate" to conference admin, with full call control, at which point the user is flagged for authentication credentials, or you could have individual devices pre-paired and approved for call control. If anything we're finding users interested in expanded and full call control. They are hoping this will replace the touch interface in the future.
