We currently have a VG350 and are running CUCM 8.6
We have a port configured and connected to a fax machine. When we call the number, the fax machine rings and we are able to answer the line if we hook a test set to it. When it is connected to the fax, if you call it the fax never picks up the line. We have checked the fax machine and it is setup for auto answer. We also tried using a standalone POTS as a test and if you call it when connected to the fax machine, it will answer. The only issue is when using a line via the VG350. Any insight would be appreciated.
