Hi all,
we have an issue with our cisco unity voicemail. When the call goes to voice mail, the automated system says "Sorry is not available.." rather than their name.For example: "Sorry John Doe is not available..." Until last week, it worked fine and the names of the respective users were included in the message. Has anyone seen this before who would be willing to point me in the right direction?
