SBC - CUBE - CUCM Sip 408 request timeout error

Hi,

My SIP service provider sends me a "SIP 408 Request Timeout" message when calls to landlines that have been left off hook for approx 90 seconds are made. This message triggers attempts to alternative routes (dial-peers & route list/group members) and then ultimately a fast busy tone. However, I've been asked whether I can stop the rerouting when this is the message provided.

Is it possible to do this without risk of impacting call rerouting in other scenarios?
