Hi, we were moving our Cisco SX20 12 X Zoom from a location to another. once we started everything up again we lost the Touch 8 . Its not starting up. it turns on and stops at the White cisco logo. SX20 is running TC7.0
I am not able to factory reset the Touch 8 via " 10 sek on notice botton and 2 x mute.
Can anyone help ?
