Hi,
I have a issue with my couple of IE-3000-4TC running 12.2(52)SE, The logs are showing power supply A flapping between on and off yet the switches do not actually turn off.
below are the logs for one of the switches

000591: Apr 22 15:35:13.961 WAST: %POWER_SUPPLIES-5-PWR_OK: Power supply A is functioning
000592: Apr 22 15:37:17.745 WAST: %POWER_SUPPLIES-3-PWR_FAIL: Power supply A is not functioning
000593: Apr 22 15:37:20.891 WAST: %POWER_SUPPLIES-5-PWR_OK: Power supply A is functioning
000594: Apr 22 15:43:59.685 WAST: %POWER_SUPPLIES-3-PWR_FAIL: Power supply A is not functioning
000595: Apr 22 15:44:15.414 WAST: %POWER_SUPPLIES-5-PWR_OK: Power supply A is functioning
Both IE-3000 are hardwire to 24v DC source on PWR A source, same setup as per the 100 others we have on site.
I have look for IOS and hardware bugs but have not been able to find anything.
Has anyone had any experience with these kind of errors before
