UCCX backup failing at attempt to compress CCXCOMPONENT in .tar file

Hello to all,

I have an annoying problem that is happening to a customer and until now without any viable solution.

First, the systems involved:

UCCX Version: System version: 8.5.1.11004-25. Its a standalone server.

Backup Machine: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Service pack 1

SolarWinds SFTP Client version 1.0.4.9

The issue is that when I try to make a Manual Backup, the backup get stuck at 88% or 90% trying to extract the last component --> uccx_ccxcomponent.log and fails to do so. It fails everytime at 30% on this component.

Troubleshooting done:

Ipsec and tomcat certificates were regenerated.

Cisco DRF Master and Local were restarted many times

Tried to change directory to a new folder but without any effect

Created a new backup device to forward the backups to my workstation but the issue persists.

I also tried to use other SFTP clients like Titan Web Drive SFTP and Free SFTP, errors still happening.

This is the last part of the uccx_component.log(If needed I can send the whole log):

A TAC was opened but the engineer give very few support because this version is of course on End-of-Life and End-of-Support.

What I'm could do else more?

Thanks in advance
