I'm reaching out to see if anyone has encountered this issue.
When issuing the show ap auto-rf 802.11b apname01 CLI command, the message in the subject is returned. This only occurs on 2802i and e APs in this customers deployment. All other AP models in their deployment return details as expected. Oddly, on these same 2802 Aps, issuing show ap auto-rf 802.11a apname01 returns normal output. The issue only appears to be present on the 2.4 radio.
At first I suspected the use of a 3rd-party external antenna type on the E models, but I am seeing the same output on I model as well, which rules that out. It is specific to 2802 only.
Code version is 8.3.143.0, Model is 5508
