We have client on UCCX 11.6.2 (no ES's) and the supervisor team performance gadget is not refreshing to show new agents that logged in after the supervisor logged into finesse. The team performance gadget shows the existing agents logged in when the supervisor logged in and shows their state changes occurring on the gadget fine (ready, talking, not ready, etc) and other data changes. However if a new agent logs in they do not show up under team performance gadget until the supervisor presses F5 or refreshes the whole web page manually. The user experiences the same thing with chrome, Firefox and IE.
All the ports for finesse are open and no firewall interrupting on the desktop.
