We have setup Webex hybrid calling using the expressway connector hosts and everything is working fine.
the problem is every day at random times I get the following error notification on one of the expressway connector hosts - but the error resolves by its self after a couple of minutes.

The Presence cluster has two servers and the connector hosts are clustered.
The error is generated by the slave connector when connecting to the CUPS sub server.
there is no firewall so traffic is not being blocked / dropped.
let me know if any more info is required.
any ideas?
