NIM-ES2-8 in ISR4431 can L3 routing or not?

Hello,

 

I saw NIM-ES2-8 is Layer 2 module in datasheet.

 

it cannot support L3 protocol like OSPF, OSPFv3, BGP ... etc. ...?
