We have an on premises CUCM 12.5 cluster. We are looking into having ~50 users be able to make and receive calls offsite hopefully through Microsoft Teams.
I've just started looking into this and it seems that Jabber now has integration with Microsoft Teams, everything we have currently is on-site is there any VPN requirements for getting this Jabber integration up and running for offsite employees? Our laptop users currently connect through Direct Access.
What licensing is required for Jabber / this Teams Integration?
