I am trying to configure the Cisco IE-5000-12S12P-10G switch to allow two servers connected to 10G SFP+ ports to communicate up to 10Gbps rate.
Both servers are connected to the switch over the CAT7/RJ45 cables via 10G RJ45 transceivers.
All ports are configured as default VLAN1
I can see each server has a connection bandwidth as 10Gb but when I run iperf utility the communication between the server never goes higher than a few Mbps.
I tried to use different interface types on SFP+ ports but nothing helps
Can anyone help me figure out what I am missing?
