After a CUCM IP address change of I have followed the documented procedure here - Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Administration and Operations Guide, Release 11.6(1) - Update Unified CM IP Address Change in Unified CCX [Cisco Unified Contact Center Express] - Cisco and used set uccx provider ip axl/jtapi/rmcm to change the provider IP addresses on the UCCX publisher. However, when I run show uccx provider ip jtapi/rmcm on the UCCX subscriber the change is not entirely reflected. The first line of each output (UCCX JTAPI Provider or UCCX RMCM Provider) still shows the old IP addresses.
Should the output of show uccx provider ip jtapi/rmcm be the same on both UCCX Pub and Sub? If so, how should I go about resolving this please? Thanks.
